Busuu's CEFR courses are well-structured, but the community correction feature has declined in quality as Busuu shifted focus to B2B. Free users get very limited content, and Premium is expensive at $13.99/month.

WordUp is English-only (which is perfect if that's all you need) — but you can't add your own words. You study their curated 25,000-word list, not vocabulary from your real life. And at $9.99/month, it costs more than WordPlus Premium.
